A graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Tom has 40 years of experience with system implementations in the manufacturing and distribution industries. In a career that began with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Tom has blended business and technical skills to create a practical consulting practice for our customers. Tom also is involved with ERP implementations to ensure that they are both technically sound and business function appropriate. His time at Accenture provided Tom with early experience in large systems implementations and a proven methodology that can be deployed in any size implementation.
Tom founded and built a successful reseller organization that implemented Infor products in the small-midsize organization space. In this capacity, Tom was involved in all aspects of that company and all aspects of system implementations, with over 400 successful system implementations. During this time, Tom, a proponent of the Process of Ongoing Improvement, honed his company’s implementation methodologies.
Tom joined E&A in 2004, opened our Atlanta office. As a principal at E&A, Tom has been advising all business units, helping shape E&A’s business practices (ISOC/SIP), and leads our consulting practice while continuing to be involved in Operational Analysis and Strategic Planning projects for E&A customers.
