In his career, he has distinguished himself in the application of these disciplines across multiple industry sectors.
Thomas has held executive management positions in various organizations, including both Fortune 500 companies and privately held entities. He is a specialist in the design, deployment, and application of sound, synergistic, and timely enterprise resource planning tools grounded in sound business best practice (“ERP”). The critical focus of his experience has been in the leveraging of ERP to align strategic objectives to the varied facets of the order fulfillment process and overall business operations and to foster the permeation of strategic objectives throughout the company culture.
In his senior management role at Earnest & Associates, he collaborates with the various C-level executives of E&A’s clients and implementation teams to assist them in the definition and implementation of strategies that will drive the same caliber of results for them that have become hallmarks of his career.
Thomas has led the adoption of the NAW Customer Stratification methodologies and is an industry thought leader in this area, authoring various white papers, appearing on podcasts, and attending industry trade shows where he can speak on this topic.
