Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) / SX.e Senior Consultant Position Description:

Working with a team of E&A consultants and technical resources, this position is an integral part of executing and delivering Infor CloudSuite Distribution (“CSD”) implementation solutions. Our proven agile implementation approach, “ISOC/SIP,” will help you succeed in meeting defined business requirements and in driving value to our customers.

The most successful candidates will have both software and industry expertise to help guide and support our customers in their use of the CSD product suite and have a natural ability to translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the platforms and products. Type of work includes designing and testing customizations, guiding users in their acceptance testing, conducting operation review sessions, documenting plans for subsequent activities, and supporting the customer’s implementation team throughout the process.

Requirements, Proficiencies & Established Minimum Five Years Experience in:

• General Skills:
  • Effective organization, communication & collaboration skills in an implementation and customer support role.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask within a company/customer team environment.
  • A disciplined & self-motivated remote worker who is effective in the execution of responsibilities, can adhere to our policies and accomplish assigned goals without direct on-site management.
  • Competency in drafting & delivering small group presentations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Specific Technical Skills:
  • B.A. College Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with CSD / SX.e processes, workflows and functionality and ii) general accounting principles.
  • Two or more years of experience effectively managing and/or executing and reporting tasks within a structured project management environment.
• Location:
  • Work performed remotely and periodically on-site.
